Public Offer for Paid Consultation Services

This document constitutes a public offer (the “Offer”) made by COMDOC DANIÅžMANLIK, located at TUAL SOK. NO:4 TUZLA GAZÄ°MAÄžUSA, to any individual (the “Client”) to conclude a contract for paid consultation services under the terms below.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Company offers professional consultation services via its website [www.comdoc.biz]. The Client agrees to pay for the services according to the fees listed on the Website.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

​

The Offer is accepted when the Client:

  • Clicks the “Book Now” or equivalent button, and

  • Makes full payment for the selected service.

Upon acceptance, a legally binding agreement is formed between the Company and the Client.

3. Service Delivery

​

  • Consultations are delivered via Zoom.

  • Date and time are selected by the Client during the booking process.

  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
     

4. Fees and Payment

​

  • Prices are listed on the Website and include all applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to receiving the service.
     

5. Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • A full refund will be issued if the Client cancels 24 hours in advance.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations after this period or for missed appointments.
     

6. Rights and Obligations
 

  • The Company undertakes to provide services professionally and in good faith.

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate contact details and be available at the scheduled time.
     

7. Liability
 

The Company is not responsible for decisions made by the Client based on consultation outcomes.
 

8. Final Provisions
 

  • The Company may update the Offer without prior notice.

  • The current version of the Offer is always available on the Website.
