It's worth recalling a phenomenon that was once talked about. Business blindness is one of the hidden dangers for a company. Because a company in such a situation faces the threat of entering a sterile cycle of productivity, where it unconsciously adopts the familiar way of working and the environment of its employees, and this appears normal.
However, the working style and environment that emerge in a certain job after a certain period are actually the accumulation of learned experiences and the creation of those who shape it. This situation creates a psychology that suppresses both top management and other employee groups from thinking outside the frame. In other words, dominance over the established order, ensuring the functioning of the order, and employees who have sufficient communication among themselves can be considered satisfactory for a company. This can also be interpreted as a good football team consisting of 11 harmonious players. However, the frequently asked question is, why can't the team score many goals alongside beautiful gameplay?
Because, at certain stages, some things have started to be overlooked. Thus, it is necessary to create new awareness and make the team superior to others with new thoughts and ideas according to the elapsed time and changing conditions. It is important not to forget that nothing in the world remains fixed and is constantly evolving. In the context of the subject, a very simple example; business blindness is situations where an object that has been crooked in an office for many years is no longer noticed by anyone over time, and this is somewhat accepted as normal. Awareness may not develop until a stranger from outside the company comes and asks why the object is crooked. Today, the skill is to use our ability to think outside the frame without falling into this blindness trap. This is the path that makes a difference, provides sustainable development, and leads to a competitive advantage.
