Principles of Continuous Improvement

Strategy: The term "strategy," which has become popular in our language, does not receive the importance it deserves in practice, and there are various reasons for this. Strategic thinking, strategic planning, and strategic management approaches are inevitable elements intertwined with performance management but complement each other.

Performance: The concept of performance can emerge as a popular term in various fields. However, what is needed and the conditions for achieving and developing it are often not sufficiently examined, leading to deficiencies. How to achieve and manage performance for individual and organizational development is one of the important issues that require integrated expertise in disciplines.

Quality: A continuous improvement approach in a corporate and sustainable structure should be applied to improve processes in all areas of the organization and meet customer expectations at contemporary standards. Establishing a quality system that values employees, customers, stakeholders, and top management and integrates with the organization's purpose and activities provides significant benefits in the long term.

Added Value: In every task and action, creating added value not only financially but also environmentally and socially is an approach that contributes to eliminating the difference between development and growth and aims to create comprehensive benefits. In every step we take, creating added value for elements outside ourselves should be the fundamental mindset alongside sustainability.
