Root Cause Analysis…

Both in our professional and personal lives, we often find ourselves dealing with problem-solving. Dealing with problems and solving them takes up more of our time than actually doing the work. Professional workers may realize this and complain about the situations they face, but those at home may perceive problems as tasks similar to their work. If this situation persists, it can lead to losses in real productivity and efficiency.

Solving this situation requires root cause analysis. Because unless we find the main problem that causes the problems, the risk of encountering the same problems will always be high. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to see the connections between problems, understand their interactions, and identify the root problem. Expecting different results by doing the same things every time would be foolish. Once the root problem or main cause is solved, the visible problems it causes will also disappear, providing us with a more comfortable environment. However, even finding and solving the root problem is a process; it is a scientific matter and should be well-managed. If sufficient attention is not paid to these aspects, an eye can be lost while plucking an eyebrow. Therefore, accepting the necessity of this process and sticking to the method with confidence is one of the most important aspects.

Do not avoid delving into the root cause… The ease and enjoyment of your life and work, the increase in your productivity and efficiency are related to how much your rate of struggling with problems has decreased. In our world, the necessity for humans to be creative rather than problem-oriented is one of the foundations of continuous development.
