As I look at the developments and debates, a few articles I shared in the past come to mind, and I ponder:
In an article examining the world's search for an Eco-Political Model after the 2008 crisis, a general discussion was underway about moving towards a synthesis of Keynesian and liberal teachings in the economy...
Later, in the article "The Need for Ethical Leadership," I sought solutions to other questions that came to my mind: Here, I referred to the leadership the world needs as "the need for effective, proactive, and sustainability-providing ethical leaders."
During this time, in the article "Winning by Creating Value, Not by Force," I emphasized "mutual benefit, long-term productivity increase, and sustainability."
Then, the environment came to my mind, and in this regard, I stated that "the situation we are in is not a sector to be isolated from!" and that "as intelligent beings, we humans can live a healthier future in proportion to the sensitivity and importance we show to the environment we were created in. Otherwise, it will be a fiasco with the logarithmically increasing environmental problems."
In the article "When Did We Lose Our Curiosity," I examined how we have forgotten to think, accepted given systems, and developed generations disconnected from research, questioning, and confirmation. I emphasized the importance of "curiosity, researching, and advancing by understanding and learning."
Then, I realized a factor in the article "Trying to Be Strong, We Are Breaking." I observed that we focus on individual survival, and I said, "While struggling for the battle of life and our goals, we must not forget that we are intertwined with other people like ourselves, and we must fulfill the requirements of morality and human qualities. Otherwise, we cannot realize that while trying to be strong ourselves, we are breaking from within, and everyone is scattered like leaves."
In the article "Ideological Evolution Trouble in January," I discussed that despite progress in every field globally, the progress reflected in the world population is lagging behind. I stated that "with evolution, we should be able to develop and achieve ideologies that change, evolve, and progress, and we should be able to make them reflect in every aspect of life for the world population. Otherwise, we may face more instability, zigzags, increasing problems, and most importantly, more complex problems."
In the article "Before the Nail Comes Off in March," I emphasized that despite intellectual level, there are subconscious primitive reflexes of humanity and that we have an awareness problem. I said, "When everyone is a global citizen and responsible, perhaps our evolution in civilization will go a little further; otherwise, my fear is that the world's nail will come off..."
In the last article, "The Pros and Cons Brought by Corona," I wrote about how all the elements I previously wrote about have come together as a comprehensive problem in the face of an invisible virus, and I added, "We must take the necessary lessons and be responsible, ethical, fair, leave selfishness aside, and strive for all of humanity. We must achieve a new generation of leadership that will balance the global equilibrium. Otherwise, the next lesson will be much heavier and a painful crisis!"
Now, as I think about all that has been written, I understand that they all come together as a comprehensive problem, hidden behind the name CORONA, with other elements... The political and economic system is in crisis, the environment and health are at stake, ethical and inspiring leaders are a thing of the past, while the world is globalizing, people are becoming more individualized, we have lost our curiosity, a new ideology has not even been discussed, our awareness for the world has blinded, and we struggle to learn all these lessons from Corona.
Now everyone says nothing will be the same after Corona. But as I contemplate what I wrote above, I cannot see concrete examples and suggestions of how things will not be the same? Here, the lesson we will take from the crisis will begin by filling in the blank under this question...
